clone: simplifying dest repo creation
since creating a repo raises an exception if the repo already
exists, there's no need to try to create one.
add some test for repo creation when the destination exists
#!/bin/sh

echo "this is a test" | gzip > a.gz
hg add a.gz

echo %% no changes
hg status

echo %% uncompressed contents in repo
hg debugdata .hg/data/a.gz.d 0
echo %% uncompress our working dir copy
