Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Combined the two os_rcpath methods into a single one near rcpath in mercurial/util.py The os_rcpath method delegates to system_rcpath and user_rcpath from the different platform implementations.

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help
