Change a bit cvsps arguments
- Force updating the cache
- Use internal cvs implementation, reducing overhead
- Use quiet mode
Basic install:
$ make # see install targets
$ make install # do a system-wide install
$ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
$ hg # see help
