copy/rename to a removed destination file
When the destination of a copy or rename operation has been
marked for removal, we need to restore it before we overwrite
it with the new content. This also handles the case of
idempotent renames, i.e.
hg rename "a" "b"
hg rename "b" "a"

It is a simple wrapper around kdiff3, merge(1) and tkdiff(1), or simply diff(1) and patch(1) depending on what is present on the system. hgmerge(1) is used by the Mercurial SCM if the environment variable HGMERGE is not set.
