Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
archive: use util.opener when archiving files. This simplifies the code a bit and makes it easier to support symlinks.

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
