revlog: generate trivial deltas against null revision
To avoid extra memory usage and performance issues with large files,
generate a trivial delta header for deltas against the null revision
rather than calling the usual delta generator.
We append the delta header to meta rather than prepending it to data
to avoid a large allocate and copy.

It is a simple wrapper around kdiff3, merge(1) and tkdiff(1), or simply diff(1) and patch(1) depending on what is present on the system. hgmerge(1) is used by the Mercurial SCM if the environment variable HGMERGE is not set.
