bdiff: tweaks for large files
- adjust the common line threshold to .1%
this speeds up a delta of 7M lines of source from 10m to 40s
- adjust the scaling of the hash array down a bit as it was raising the peak
memory usage significantly

It is a simple wrapper around kdiff3, merge(1) and tkdiff(1), or simply diff(1) and patch(1) depending on what is present on the system. hgmerge(1) is used by the Mercurial SCM if the environment variable HGMERGE is not set.
