revlog: simplify the v1 immediate parser
- read all the data at once (large files are handled by the lazy parser)
- cache the entire file for inline revlogs
- simplify looping
Basic install:
$ make # see install targets
$ make install # do a system-wide install
$ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
$ hg # see help
