Various node id lookup tweaks
- - lookup of nullid with lazymap fixed
- - do the Pythonic thing with negative rev numbers (-1 == tip)
- - bound ranges on rev numbers
- - catch exceptions more correctly
- - restrict node id matching to beginning of string on
