revlog: simplify revlog.__init__
- move stat into io helper
- get rid of self.defversion and self.indexstat
- fold _load into __init__
Basic install:
$ make # see install targets
$ make install # do a system-wide install
$ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
$ hg # see help
