*) Feature: the "proxy_cache_key" directive.
*) Bugfix: now nginx takes into account the "X-Accel-Expires",
"Expires", and "Cache-Control" header lines in a backend response.

*) Bugfix: the "fastcgi_cache_key" directive was not inherited.
